"This is my 682 with a fresh paint job . I was getting it ready for the Montrose Min. plow day a few years ago . I have made several modifications to it after the picture including hydraulic lift. with hydraulic out lets in thr rear . This is my go to tractor. After a few years it stil looks about the same as the day I took the picture."

congrats .. I really like the black frame . it make the red pop. Ill do the same if I ever repaint mine.

Congrats on POTW! I think the 82 series would have looked much better if they had been painted like this. The way that the '88 series of IH tractors were, which is really what they look like! VERY SHARP!

Thanks for all the kind words . A friend of mine had a 5488 that I got to run when I helped him out with spring tillage . That is what gave me the idea for the paint sceam . I'm working on a diesel project tractor , it will be painted the same way .
