Default the crash today....

Just recieved my first crash with another car. So glad the other driver was not hurt. I thank God she was not hurt! We lost no tires. Should be a cheep repair on my truck, but for her's, it may need some repairs. New s.u.v's rip open, old trucks dont. I'am afraid her insurance will have to cover both damages,...nobody hurt. You just dont know who will be comming home for supper. Just glad that I go on for another day and that I support my kids.

What happened John?

Sounds like it was the other drivers fault - glad you're ok and that the damage was minimal.

Thanks guys. Up to date, I will have my truck repaired at the other party's expence. What happend was: I was making a left hand turn into my place of employment. There is a legal passing zone on this side of the road. A 2009 subaru forester decided to pass at the moment I turned. So because the subaru was in a legal passing zone, I did not make out with a full repair bill. But the accident was deamed a 50-50. Therefore, 50 percent of my truck's damages will be coverd by the other party's insurance, and 50 percent of her vehicle damage coverd by my insurance. Even at 50 percent, I can have my truck fixed and maybe finaly get my creeper for the cc 71.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
