Default Headlight panel mod
I was thinking about bring my headlight panel to my vocational school to machine out holes for headlights on my 125. Does anyone know what measurements I should use, and what keeps the headlights in place? Both my cubs have the solid headlight panels. Im hoping this will work

I have a 100 with lights. I will take some measurements this weekend.

Yesterday I machined out two 4.030 holes for the lights on a milling machine with computer fed measurements, I measured the width of the panel and cut it in half and the measured the whole length and cut it in half twice (went a quarter from the edge). The head light panel sticker is a little off so I need to get a new one but it is all straight and works good. I then used some headlight brackets off of my simplicity. I need to now hook them up. Heres a few pics of it.
