The "Blackberry Express"
Hi,
I have had this idea of building a cart to haul the grand kids around. Here are some shots as I put it together. I have seen others like this. But this is my design  We named it the "Blackberry Express" because granddaughter Addison (2-1/2) was the first to ride in it to go get blackberry's with Papa! Her and sister Marly loved it! Hope this gives someone some ideas. Took about 4 hours to design and build. Seat runs length wise of the barrel, has back rest ,and grab handles. Son-in-law Mark is getting instructions on handling his precious cargo, from the old gray haired one. Cart = $35 Ubolts = $5.50 Wood free, Barrel= Free, Grins and smiles = Priceless!!!! The grins just about say it all. Makes me think back when my kids rode in a wagon behind me.

With my son, EricR Super 2084 with 54" mower, 451 blower. 2086 with 3 pt hitch, 54 inch deck, 551 blower, 54 in brinly blade. A 4 digit original w deck. A 70 with deck. 2 102s both with 42 in decks, one with creeper, 1 36 inch IH snow thrower CW36, 1 42 inch IH blade. 149 with mower. 2072 w 3 pt hitch, Johnny bucket, 60 in mower, 451 blower. Jacobson GT 10 with mower. DR Lawn vac tow behind,Home made lawn roller. Brinly cart, 2 off brand carts and 1 home made cart.

Yep Marly and Addi loved it. I have a shot some where of Nic in it too! I have to get that off my phone and try to post it. A classic shot since he is 21 I like the boat ramp thing Todd I posted some shots of the show on the post titled Wayne show .... I had a great time but it was way HOT! Lots of Fords and Case and John Deere and Allis and .......... Wow very nice show . Almost overwhelming for a smaller local show. Great grounds and nice hit and miss stuff too. Regards, Chris
