Default Lindsay Loader

I have a 149 that I bought from a guy and it has a Lindsay loader on it. Didn't know if anyone on here knew anything about this brand? Thanks!

Congrats on the purchase. I, myself have never heard of a Lindsey Loader. Maybe someone else with more knowledge has. I used to have a 129 with a Johnson Loader. Neat and handy to have. Other brands were the Danco and KwikWay. I'm really curious to see some pics of the Lindsey and 149. Got any to share?
Once again, congrats!

I've got one picture of the tractor and loader on my iphone. I just need to figure the best way to load. I will get more pics soon as it's at a buddies place. I'm going to part out the 149 and hopefully find a 122 that I can mount the loader to.

Thanks for the pic! Hopefully it has a serial number tag/plate somewhere or decals with some more info about the Lindsey Co. I'm gonna have to do a little research on this one.

That's a great looking loader. I find most loaders look too big for the GT, but that one looks perfectly proportioned. I don't suppose you have more pictures do you?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
