Default New Forum Icon

Hello, I'm not sure if OCC as a whole is up for changing the icon at the top, but I made a new one just to try, and if Not as more practice. It is the same size at the logo at the top of the BLUE forum layout, not the yellow one.

Let me know if you like them or hate em'.

Also, I can whip up icons or whatnot for people who maybe want something different, I have gotten pretty good with Photoshop.

Its a good design, but just a suggestion, the lettering needs something different to make it pop, maybe it just me, but its a lot of yellow an blue and blends together. Just an idea, otherwise it looks awesome to me, good job Wish I had Photoshop

I agree with you, that is why I tried to shadow the colored text with another color... It is hard to keep the colors in check with CC colors and make them pop without doing purple or something, and I didn't really like how the Black looked. Any suggestions of color choices? Again the admins may not even want to change them and this may be all for nothing. Lol Thank you for your input and I DO agree with you.

Personally i think the first two are missing something as they have a gray background maybe you forgot to turn on another layer or something like that? I love photoshop too! Not that this is a vote on to have them or not. I think the last one looks nice though!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
