I think you are missing a pin in your linkage. In the second vid you see the linkage pivot and it looks like there is a hole that should have a pin of some sort in it.

Do you have better pictures of the lower bracket that the plow is attached too?
It doesn't look like you have height adjustment holes in the one you have The lift pin would go down much further with the lockout pin in, right now it looks like its set to float which stops it once the plow hits the ground
