sand blaster
I picked this little fella up for 10.00 at the box store.Belive it or not it works ok.I went down to the local river (its the mojave river,and dry as a bone for the greater part of the year!!)and picked up a bucket of sand and used it for a short time.I need a new compressor!!!!
I figured for ten bucks why not.I just shove the pick up tube into the bucket and away I go!!!

I have one of those too, but have never tried it. I have heard that the sand MUST be dry and fine. You are lucky you can get it for free.
I have yet to find any sand that I thought was dry enough. How well did it work? Got any pics?

Looks like the sand blaster was working nice  Thats amazing you can just go dig up sand thats dry enough to use. I have to buy regular sand blast sand at the lumber yard. I tried to dry some myself one time, never could get it dry enough to work right.

here is my sand blast media !! it usaly blows across the street and the city is out cleaning it up.Just up over the hill is a river bottom,its the mojave river.Usless trivia,the mojave river is one of only two rivers in the world that run and end away from the ocean Jason
