Baking my Tri Ribs
 UPS delivered my tri ribs for the 128 at about 6pm. It didn't take long to get them on the rims, but they were so disfigured I could not for the life of me, get them to open wide enough to seat, so, I set the oven to 180 and cooked the first one for about 30 minutes flipping it a couple of times. Was able to get the ratchet strap to spread the tire enough to seal while I put air in it. One done, cooking #2 right now.  Will get some pics of them on the 128 tomorrow.

None of my Betty Crocker cookbooks has that recipe,but I hear BBQ sauce works well making them tender...

I decided to smoke em, LOL.
It's just starting to get nice and warm and pliable. I'll get a pic with the ratchet in a little while.

All my tri ribs say to use inner tubes on the side of the tire.

But you cant follow the rules all the time lol!
Usually we set them next to the wood stove in the shop but never had them that bad.

Good thinking! My wife would kill me!..lol Have thought it would be nice to have an oven in the shop. When I was single I would rattle can toy tractors when I restored them and bake the paint on in my oven.
