Dual for plowing
Has anyone ran a dual wheel on a 782 moldboard plowing? I have a dual wheel ready to go on but i need to get the spacer kit from miller tire. I run wheel weights also but like the way the dual looks but havnt plowed with a dual on yet. I will post some pics of my setup tommorow but if anybody else has pics of their plowing setup please feel free to share. Im using 23x10.50x12 tires.

That was one of the problems i thought of but a couple guys guys said they run low tire pressure in the dual to make up for distance between ground. They said running a dual makes a little bit of difference unless on hard compacted ground. I dont know just trying to do my research, lol

I have run a dual on my 782 and no it doesn't help at all, like J-mech said it doesn't even touch the ground most of the time. I just like the look lol

Thanks i appreciate the input very much. Im like yourself, i love the look of the dual on my 782 & i can put a 26 lbs wheel weight on the inside rim of the tractor wheel. What did you use for a spacer between the wheels? Should i run a spacer between the tires or butt them up next to each other & use carriage bolts to hold them together. Thanks in advance
