Those of you in South Carolina get the snow cleared off your roofs with that earthquake?

Default Quake !

We did ... about 35 miles from my home outside a small town called Edgefield , a 4.1 .... rumbled for about 5 seconds...reports said folks in Atlanta and Charlotte felt it also.

Strange feeling , my first quake

Huh, that's what it was....It happened when I was huggy bear, kissy face with my sweetheart and I felt the earth move under my feet--thought she did it as my Valentine's Day gift. Won't she be surprised that it wasn't her.

I'm not in the south, but have 5" plus half " of ice on top for two weeks, nothings melted and we are supposed to warm up this week with rain. I'm leary of one roof and might shovel it today.BTDT It gets to be like an olympic ski jump after cleaning some off. Not sure i'm up for this might call a neighbor. As for that quake in the south, that's what happens when you put heavy, wet snow in a place that's not used to it. Mike

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
