Default Ebay Sucks

Any one else a seller on Ebay? Is it me are they sucking more now than ever. I am so sick of all the crap they pull on sellers. Thing is a pile of %$#%

Between people buying stuff taking parts of it and then demanding a refund and Ebay always siding with the buyer I am surprised anyone even sells there anymore.

Anyone else have problems with them?

Yup, I haven't sold anything on ebay for a good while... It's funny, I always thought that the "people" would be the ones to ruin it, turns out, it's the ones running the thing that have ruined it.

I'm right there with ya. Buyers file a claim for a refund claiming they got a bad part, ebay sides with them, and then they return to me their old part and keep the good one I sold them in the first place.

Take pictures of whole part and take pictures of distinguishing marks on your part. I don't know if that would work, but it might help your claim. Those little marks can help identify the part you sell and the seller's junk part.

Sorry to hear that you had problems.....sometimes life is like tug o' war---one jerk after another.

I've only been stuck a few times, and never over a Cub Cadet part. It doesn't matter what I choose to do. Ebay will refund the buyer and pull the money out of my Paypal account. Sellers have no control. I started dismantling Porsches and selling the parts on Ebay in 1999 to fund my racing. It has changed so much since then but it's the only game in town. It's better than selling nothing at all.

yep have been there done the picture thing, Ebay still sides with the buyer 99% of the time. I sent a midland cb radio out one time. buyer cried item as not described and he sent back a uniden CB. I had picture of it going into the box and everything. Ebay still forced me to give his money back. Even on items marked as is no return, they still force you to give back money. but when a buyer don't pay you, no have to wait two weeks fill out a bunch of crap and they still don't go into the buyers account and get my money. but on return they force upon me they go take it right out of my bank account. 2 different sets of rules

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
