Default Couple Cub toys to add to the collection

Well my birthday was this last week (March 5th) and due to scheduling, I hadn't had a chance to get together with my family until tonight. Well, much to my surprise, I opened a present and got a bunch of Cub stuff after I got my IH cake! My brother bought this stuff off of a local Cub dealer that was selling all of his stuff since he was getting out of the business. The stuff included a dealer sales brochure, keychain of a 2172 diesel, a couple heavy medals from annual meets, pens, a matchbook, a money clip, and a button. Love adding stuff to the collection!

Belated Happy Birthday. We share the same date. Now where did you get the key fob in the last pic with the Cyclops Super? I need a couple of those.

Thank you! And that came from someone that used to deal Cub Cadets but decided to retire. The ol' boy was selling off all of his old stuff he had left over from the years. If you want, I can ask my brother to see if he's got any Super Key Fob's left like that

If he has any more of those Super key fobs I'd like to get a few.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
