Default IH cart with lawn vac setup

hey guys well I picked this up with a tractors months ago and haven't done anything with it at all except leave it outside , I did mess with the lawn vac engine but it needs a rebuild and im thinking of stripping the lawn vac stuff off the cart and make it a cart again. ill try and clean it up but it looks pretty rusty might restore it , what you guys think

oh no not you again haha yeah thanks this will be my second one as of right now , im gonna take off the sides and just clean it up for now

ok guys got it apart and cleaned it up did have to well the lock bracket back on it broke off the inside of the trailer tell me what you think
