This has to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!! Were the last words I heard my wife say as I walked out the door. As I embarked on a 200 mile round trip to pick up a truck full of attachments. Well I am glad I brought the trailer just in case.
![]() I went for the tiller, plow, and chains. I came home with a tiller, plow, chains, 44" deck, and a three point that happened to be attached to a 129 ![]() I made my offer of 5 Benjamen's and he excepted. I was told the 129 had a replacement engine and all the documentation came with it. I was also told it had not ran in over a year and he had no idea what was wrong with it. Once home I spent about 30 minutes on it and had it running. I only ran it for a few seconds because he told me he drained the hydraulics because they were leaking on his garage floor. Yes I know it has JD front wheels, but it came with the correct Cub wheels. |

Richard, I see things are beginning to progress nicely! All signs indicate that you're just about full-blown infected...two or three more tractors and it'll level off. If your wife doesn't understand yet, it's ok...she'll come around
![]() The 129 and all the attachments look to be in above average condition, way to go

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
