Guys

Here's the deal, Cell phone cameras are obviously the rage these days, (I'm old and don't even have a cell phone) anyway for what ever reason when you guys post cell pics they come out sideways upside down and just plain screwed up. Up to now the mods have had to go and download your screwed up pics and correct your screw-ups. We are done fixing your pics. Take your pic, down load it to YOUR computer fix it then up load it to OCC. If you download a screwed up pic it will stay as you posted it. Not trying to be an A$$ hole but we have better things to do. You want to post pics figure it out. We ever provide a test area for you guys to make sure your stuff looks good, link to the test area

To take a picture or video with my iPhone i need to hold it sideways with the volume buttons on the phone facing down and to the left. If I hold the phone upright the pics come out narrow. If I hold the phone sideways with the volume buttons facing up they come out upside down.

As I said I don't even have a cell phone, I use a Canon camera for my pics. Then I down load them to my Puter then to OCC. Granted I'm archaic but it works for me. When I have to fix a sideways pic I have to save it to my puter, turn it then I have to go to the post hit edit then advanced, then manage attachments, then remove your pic then upload the pic that I fixed. Like I said you want to post a sideways pic from now on and look like a dip sh-t not my problem. You guy know more about this high tech stuff than I do and I'm sure you can work it out. I just got past 2 cans and a string. I do miss rotary dial phones.

Edit: You do know that the next guy that posts a sideways pic is going to get roasted.

90% of the time I post, I hit preview post (right beside the submit button) before I hit submit. This would prevent sideways pics.I catch spelling errors that way too.

better things to do? name 3. its mostly iphone users with the sideways pics, i never have an issue with my android.
