Made some progress on a couple of projects.
It's been crazy busy in the shop the past few months but I somehow managed to make a little progress on a couple of projects that I've been messing around with.
I cabbaged the loaded 10.5 turfs with chains for another project last week from my 149 main mower. So I grabbed another pair of 10.5's off the rack to put back on it. I broke them down checked the wheels and the inside of the tires put some tubes in them so I can load them later. I had made up a pair of "weight holders" some time ago and thought this was as good a time as any to put them on. I had to grind a little weld off of the two axle shafts in the 149, then prime and paint. The pictures should pretty-much explain what happened after that.

Look good! I've stayed until that late working on Cubs before. I rebuilt a carb at 1am once! Heck 10pm-2am is usually the only time I have to work on my stuff anymore.
