They want the 108 with the house...???
Suppose (not sayin' it happened to me, mind you
 ) you were selling a house and the buyers put your Cub Cadet 108 in the contract to convey with the property. Suppose you've had this 108 for 35 years and have lovingly restored it--partially one time and completely a second time, just a couple years ago. Of course, you scratch it on the counter offer. Maybe the buyers won't care as they have no clue...but suppose they insisted. How much do you insist it is worth? (You've just invested almost $3000 in it--tires, rebuilt engine, creeper, spring assist, clutch, PTO, seat, lights, etc., etc.) And since it was your first CC, there is a sentimental factor... I think you go on CL and find a used $500 CC lawn mower and clandestinely substitute it...they'd never know the difference...

If it was me, Frank, that would actually be a deal breaker. MY first CC that I've owned for 35 years is NOT part of the deal for a house. Either go on C-list and get one, throw it in, or give them an "allowance" to get their own, or NO DEAL.
But, I'm just that kind of a hard a$$.

If they're insisting Frank, what about any of your other ones that you're not as attached to......if there is one?
I don't think they would be putting on the contract unless they were head over heels for it which it sounds like they are. Gotta be flattering. Yeah, that ones not for sale.
