Default Proper wiring schematic ?
Ok Guys need a bit of assistance here .......I'm looking to find the correct wiring schematic for my SGT. Any / all help will be greatly appreciated.

model 1872

model # 149720100

ser# 791249

trying to resolve an intermittent issue and to also have one in my binder for future reference.

Thank You Mr. Bedell !

However ....... how is it that the main wiring harness in my SGT that appears to be original has a number of GREEN wires that I cannot find on ANY schematic?

I have a green wire with an eyelet on it ( I assume a ground) just hanging around down near the starter neighborhood that exits the main harness just below the tank outlet "area".

I have not , however there was one owner prior to me. A municipality , it was always serviced at the local dealer. If this harness is not original , someone did a bang up job replicating a factory harness.

Then someone modified the original harness. Follow the diagram I sent you and bring it back to where it should be.
