782 series 1 or 2
I am curious to know if there is a way to tell if a 782 is a series one or two without lifting the hood?

Only the Series II was able to defy the law of gravity and come to a complete rest while upside down on a steep incline.

Some Series 2 had the engine oil filter, being a pressurized engine lubricating system. My Series 2 don't have that system. Other than the serial number, no evidence would suggest " law-defying" circus acts. Please recognize.
