Default TractorData has inaccurate weights

http://www.tractordata.com/lawn-trac...imensions.html
this is the J0hn D33re La140 lawn tractor's weight- 524 pounds
https://www.tractordata.com/lawn-tra...imensions.html
this is the Cub Cadet 800 garden tractor's weight- 585 pounds

Please don't tell me that an IH Cub Cadet weighs only 61 pounds more than a Lowes big box lawn mower...

Spec sheet does not show 800 weight but 1000 is 745.
Only difference is the engine (K181 vs. K241)

I swore to myself that I wouldn't climb back up here on my soapbox but here I am and here I go .....

Nobody is pointing a damn gun to your head and holding your family for ransomn if you don't go there and read it and believe it.
You can always go to Fakebook or Shitter to get the truith from people who have nothing better to do than post about the unfactual weight of a garden tractor.
Don't like what you read there? Then don't go there and don't read it.
Time to get a life and move on. WGAF anyway!

You really should get a life instead of harassing me in a thread that I started. After you left this thread, I didn't say anything else to you. Yet, you come back to cuss me out and say to get a life...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
