So I had a box with random cub Parts in it. I know one piece was a snow plow mount that I need on my 782 plow setup. The other three pieces nobody seems to know what they are for. They have to be cub cadet as they were painted in the same paint as the snow plow mount. Anyone know what these are for or from? They could be for sale because I may not ever have a need for whatever they are. 716-353-2890. Thanks, Reed.

Are those solid pins or tubes?
What are the measurements and thickness of the angles that are welded on the ends? |

Tubes, two holes in the end with the bolt

I thought they might go in a sleeve hitch, but there'd be a hole to pin them with a cotter pin somewhere then.

Maybe something someone has made up to hold a flag placed at the ends of the blade or something, who knows?
any holes at the ends of the blade where they may have been installed? |

Or, maybe something that could be flipped up/down and secured horizontally with the second bolt to aid in picking up or maneuvering the blower into position. These units are very heavy, so some kind of handle might be a good idea if it had to be transported in a pickup truck or trailer.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
