Creeper Gear assembly
Hello all,
i just got a Creeper gear with a new driveshaft and clutch and everything. all i need to make is the gasket and it will be good to go...does any one have any pictures of the actual installing the unit? im really confused on how to put it on. im thinking i have to split the tractor? also, what weight of gear oil should i put in it? i know this question has been asked before but i can't find any threads. my 122 now has hydraulic lift, creeper gear, 3pt hitch, ags, wheel weights, lights and tri ribs. next thing on the list... new motor. haha.

Before you install it, I would check the condition of the bearing and the shift fork. If the creeper hasn't been rebuilt, I would put in a new bearing, seal, O-rings, etc. You don't want to have to pull it again to do that.

Matt- Everything is tight in the creeper. the handle has absolutely no slop in it. any preferences on gear oil?

does anyone know where to find Hytran? or if there are different weights to it? sorry for the questions. new at this.
