Default Buying, Trading and Selling

I have had a busy last couple of weeks running leads I've heard,CL listing or two, buying, trading and selling parts up to turn key units. I have not listed anything on ebay last couple of months either. Got to meet forum member red211 last week and a great visit and enjoy reading his latest posts. Got a smokin deal on a 184 Cub LoBoy from the original owner, loaded it and drove 20 more miles to show to a friend...well money was great so it stayed at his place. That profit helped fund the 100 w/creeper and recent CL purchase a 86. This weekend we are going to west TN and taking the 100 and the 86 for a deal on a 108 w/K321 replacement and a gently used 402E Haban SickleMo and the restored 62 Original w/fenders and AG's. 108 will be a keeper but don't know the future for the 62 Original .

You guys don't know how jealous I am of all the cub finds. I guess on the plus side it does keep me married since there are few to zero in my part of the country.

Like that big red IH! that would mow my yard in two passes -lol! Great catch on the 86. I was about to go look at it myself until it ended up at your place. Im just glad you got it. Well worth the trade for the 108 with sycle bar mower in my opinion!

Two of the O's have paper element breathers, one none at all. And all three have the 100 to 125 hood ornaments but still attractive units. Also here is two file pics of the last 108 W/K-321 replacement and Haban Sickle. This tractor was a little cleaner than what I'm going to bring home but a sweet mower w/manual! I have a set of weights and Carlisle 8.50 TruPowers for the rear.

Ya, I noticed the paper filters. I guess I'm somewhat lucky that my O still has the oil bath. At the time I didn't have a clue what is was, but it is pretty cool. Again, the 108 and the haban!!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
