Default New 2082

I just purchased my first super. Picked it up on eBay can't wait to go get it. Looks like it will need some work but I think I got it at a very fair price. Too bad I promised the boy we would go to the water park tomorrow, you'd thing being father's day and all I could get him to wait tell next weekend to go. Ha ha not very likely. Here's the link to eBay check it out I'm pretty excited! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...K%3AMEWNX%3AIT Looks like its going to be about a 5 hr drive each way but well worth it!

I bet it has a gunked up carb. I'd replace the fuel lines and even re-drain the tank and clean it out. Nice find and good price.

Nice snag.. If I was up there I would have bid on it..I went to college for auto tech in Morrisville....Nice little town. Beautiful country too. Route 20 is a great road for a sunday afternoon road trip, lots of scenery and neat stuff to look at. A bit hilly tho, make sure you tie that Super down well before leaving town.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
