Power Steering
I'm thinking of adding PS to my 1811. I have talked to Rich at Patton's about it and he says he has the parts to do the job. My question is there any reference from someone else that I could look at to help me decide if I can do it or not? I looked at the parts and the one issue that I am concerned about is that a lot of the units came with adjustable steering wheels which I cannot use. If I got a unit that had that feature is there an easy way to just use the lower unit without the upper part and use the shaft out of another standard tractor? Also, will I need the dual hydro valve or will my single valve work? Anyone having done this conversion offering advice would surely be appreciated.
