2182 axel bearings

My 2182 has a axel seal that needs replacing. I ordered new seals and bearings for both sides. after taking both sides apart, bearings look ok and feel ok . Question is, how hard is removing and replacing bearings. Do I forget bearings, and just replace seals? I dont want to remove axel tubes and get into a major project. I've removed bearing clips, but didnt want to try to pull bearings. Do I need to remove tubes and have the bearings pressed out, or just pull bearings, and seat bearings in with a socket? Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
