having hard time installing 3 point rear lift on 122 looking for advice!

i am trying to install a rear lift setup i removed from a 123 onto my 122. the problem im having is installing the long lift lever that runs to the back of the tractor. on the 123 i removed the 2 5/16 bolts from where it attaches from the manual lift arm and the whole works pulled right out the back.

on the 122 the rear end has some kind of casting that bolts through the side of the frame right where the bar runs and the only way i can get it to fit is to remove the swivel part off the front first. then im not sure how on earth I'm going to get that part back installed under the tractor and get that little cotter key installed with everything in the way.

there must be a trick to it i was only hydro til now and need advice from you gear drive guys! whats the best plan of attack here?

i included a pic looking up through the frame from the back of the tractor where im trying to insert the bar. the piece thats in the way is very hard to see but it's way up in the front its part of the rear end casting and bolts up to the side of the frame.
