Hi guys,
I've been on the website a bit recently learning a lot from your discussions and decided why not join in. I bought a 62 original with a snow plow 6 yrs ago to cut the grass and clear the drive. I'll admit the main reason for buying it was because the old green ones were too expensive (I grew up a green guy). But don't worry, shortly there after i was hooked. After seeing all the attachments you could put on a cub and realizing what it would cost me to put them on an original, I upgraded to a 79 1450 last summer (besides, you can't have just one). After doing the engine cradle upgrade/new iso bushings and rebuilding the hydro cam plates, it runs like new. I picked up a snow blower, it was missing the chute adjustment rod, guide and lift rod so I made new ones. It quickly became apparent that I needed weight in the back, so I also made a bracket that tucks 2 solid cinder blocks in against the rear end. Bill
