You could use that same set up, almost to make a pto bearing puller too.
Tubing that is just big enough to go over the bearing. With cross holes drilled in the end that would be behind the bearing. Holes would allow you to slide three pins or bolts thru the tube so that they are passing in behind the bearing. hen that same bar and bolt on the outer end. Been messing with my pto bearing on the 127 trying to get it off. The pto pully wobbles so I am thinking the bearing needs to be replaced. To Harbor Freight tomorrow after work to find a puller that won't bend and maybe is short enough that I won't have to pull the cast iron grill holder.
