New to OCC with 1810

Got some issues with my 1810 and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. It's a late 80s model and I'm having issues with the hydrostatic. It sat for a few years and when I went to use it it moved like 5 feet then stopped. The motor continued to run but no movement when pushing lever forward or reverse. The oil level was low and I filled it to the top and then went to use it again and same thing. I tried leaving it in gear to work any air out and still nothing. Any ideas?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
