Hi all,
I joined this site on Friday with the intention of posting a "for sale" ad for my 128. I took pics, looked it over, wrote down what info I thought was relevant, etc. Then I got sad at the thought of it leaving...and decided to keep it. So why post? Because I'll need some advice on things - I'm not mechanically inclined and it doesn't run right now since it's been sitting so long, but I'm hoping to change both of those things (and failing that it might end up being for sale). I bought it about 12 years ago off of a guy I worked with. It mowed the flat 2 acres great for about 3 years, then we moved and didn't need to use it. So it sat...and sat...then about 2 years ago I had it tuned up where it was running again, but the brakes felt weak...so it sat again, never having mowed. This weekend I pulled (pushed actually) it into the garage to take the deck off and see what there is to work with, I actually pretended I knew what to look for! I already have questions to post, sorry if they are pretty simple to those more experienced. Here are some pics - thanks for reading. Janeen
