 None of that stuff really pulls that much. Even if a PTO clutch fails, it really doesn't draw that much. On the switch that failed, was it the ACC terminal that was "toasty" or the terminal that the battery came in on? Fuel pump shouldn't really draw that much. Not sure I really like that the only protection in the whole machine is a circuit breaker before the key. I'd rather see a fuse on each separate circuit. (Headlights, PTO, fuel pump, ETC.) 14.5V charging, is that at WOT? That should be absolute max output. At 14.5 your getting close to regulator failure. Might check the draw on the regulator. They can go bad and pull some power.
