Main Pulley on Deck(GT2544)

Deck started making some noise last weekend while mowing- its been raining since, and the sun came out so tried to get another mow in before I pulled deck for new belts and grease.

Got half done- but did notice some smoke when I backed up, and some smell. I didn't smell like a belt burning but...

...why YES those are ball bearings on top of the deck, and yes my main pto pulley on deck is wobbling!

I assume I get to use my snap ring pliers to start, but what am I in for the rest of the way?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
