1541 PTO Disengage stuck
I have a 1541 tractor. It sat for about a year and a half without starting. I first tried starting it by turning off the "Hydro Relief Valve" and when I pulled it, it had no tension. I removed the head of the lever and took the panel off to expose the system. Put the head back on and the panel and it had tension again. Put it in the disengaged mode and it said it still needed to be disengaged. I thought since the battery was old and corroded. Bought a new battery and put it in and it was still the same. I am dumb founded by this, and any help would be very appreciated. I also put in some pictures of the dashboard, underside of the tractor where the Relief system is, and the panel I took off.
