Wideframe mule drive setup

Hi all,

Getting my 1250 project further along, paint is done on the new-old deck (38C) and mule drive/hanger assy. I acquired this project already disassembled and had some missing bits, so i have a couple questions on the mule drive setup. I've pieced together what i think is correct, but want to make sure. On the idler pivot shaft, are there supposed to be any spacers between the frame end the idler arm? The CPE-2B mower deck manual doesn't seem to indicate any. Also, the drive belt pulleys on this mule drive are both "canted" pretty heavily to one side, is that normal or have the idler arms been bent a bit over time? Pics below (hopefully).
