Ok guys, hopefully someone here can help. I've asked in the onan forum on fb but no resolve. This engine is on my snapper/massey ferguson 1855. The engine is a b48m that I freshened up. New rings and gaskets, valve job, surfaced the heads. I'm linking the video on facebook so that you guys can hear what it's doing. Now since making the vid, I've reset the float, installed new intake gaskets, sprayed from here to doomsday for vac leaks none found.
Additionally, I swapped the plug wires around on the coil but no change. I checked the valves while running and they are moving freely and in spec. That weird part is the drivers side exhaust is way colder than the passenger side, in fact I can grab the drivers side no problem, the pass literally blistered my hand in an instance. https://m.facebook.com/groups/831304...93702804052438

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
