I found a pulley but I am having trouble reinstalling all the hardware. The spindle spins nice and freely. But when I put it all together in the order I think it goes, it seizes up when I tighten down.

I got the deck with a broken spindle and the hardware was in this order. This is the order I am trying to install it... i never removed the plate holding in the spindle. The only thing removed as far as i know was just the pulley snd hardware.

left to right (key not pictured)

1. Flat large washer
2. Flat large washer
3. thicker smaller washer with concave end
4.pulley
5. thicker washer with lip/lock
6. washer that fits over the lip
7. White top washer that the bolt/zierk fits into.

I checked the service manual for the 149 and it doesnt show this hardware.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
