One followed me home
In my searches for my Grandfather's 107 mentioned in a previous post, this one popped up. While not his, I couldn't pass it up for the price. 1969 model. Looks like it lived a fairly mundane life for its 51 years. Seems to be original tires too. Some spots of touched up paint and some original areas - a good 20-footer, which is plenty good for me.
Long laundry list of course. Proper voltage output at the S/G but not back to the battery. Wiring seems a bit cobbled in places, so I think new wiring is in order. Tie rod ends could use some attention, and of course new engine oil, hytran and filter, and a good once over is on the list. All in all, just wear and tear items, I'd say, so I have a project now! Maybe will be able to alternate it on lawn duties with the 1440 before the end of the season if I hop to it. I'm sure I'll be digging back through the forum - no doubt much of the above has been covered. Figured I'd share with y'all. A few pics - potentially more this evening:
