UPDATED w/DETAILS: Asking price of 2001 3240 40th Anniversary Edition

Hi Everyone, Need your input. I‘m thinking about selling my 2001 40th Anniversary 3240 with 48” deck. What is a fair, appropriate price? Here are the details:

It is in excellent condition. I just had it dealer serviced for the season. I had two new front tires put on it, new deck belt, new fluids and filters and lubricated, plus had the blades sharpened. I’ve had it dealer serviced every year since I bought it new.

723 hours of use.

It has been garage kept.

I have photos but they are evidently too big for upload.

What is a fair price?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
