Wanted to take a moment and introduce myself
I am David and I hail from Georgia. I am retired after 40 years in the medical profession and over the years I have become involved in attempting to perform the necessary maintenance and repair of a lot of my property. This includes my home, personal vehicles, lawn equipment , data equipment, and small tools and appliances. I really enjoy the challenge of tackling these projects. I really believe that by utilizing the many resources found on the internet, a person can pursue any challenge.
I am presently trying to troubleshoot and repair problems with 3 lawn tractors, one of which is a 2017 Cub Cadet LT46 XT1 Enduro series. I have been researching for days trying to gather material and videos that address my situation and this is what led me to sign up for your forum. I must admit that I haven't had much experience with posting on forums, but I'll do the best I can. I really appreciate your allowing me to join your group and I will be contacting you soon with specifics of my problems. Thank you so much

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
