K321 may be toast!

I got the PTO bearing and pulley off the K321 and got the crank out, along with the balance gears, only to discover a catastrophe.

The bottom of the cylinder wall has a chunk broken out, about 1/2 inch in length up the wall. Looks like it broke a rod in the past and it damaged the cylinder wall and also cracked the crank case. You can't see that crack from outside, there is no oil leakage through it.

So where do I go from here, start searching for a new block of Epay? I am attaching a couple photos. I intended to take it to the machine shop and have the cylinder bored and the crank turned, but I may not have anything they will touch.

Now what?
