Do you get flak from neighbors for washing & waxing your Cub?
Geez I've only had my 1000 for a week and when I was out in the garage cleaning it up and scrubbing years of grime from the underside, the neighbor was standin around with his hands in his pockets & whining about how he never seen anyone washing up a lawn mower like it's a car, and that I'll probably wax it too ... which I agreed that it would get waxed after getting rubbed out, after the weather warms up, and maybe even Armourall the tires ... and I did get a joke in about "him playin pocket pool".
So he called me Oliver Douglas from Green Acres (you older guys will get this), and then I called him Mr. Kimble, and said I'm glad I'm the smart one, with the hot blonde, haha. All in all, it didn't really bother me, I just explained to him that when you have the best, maintaining it is fun, not work, and that he should come and watch me polish every inch of my Harley Davidson. I was just wondering if any of you guys have had to deal with neighbors and CC envy. Josh P
