two questions??

I need some deck bearings for the deck on my 109. Also have a 44C that I want to use, the 38, I think, is missing some of the deflectors under it and is leaving a trail with the left blade instead of throwing all the grass out the side. I think dads did this when it was new also so I am guessing this is how the deck works.
The 44c needs blades and maybe some bearings, they seem ok but not sure I could tell without blades. I guess I would need a different center pulley to fit the early model belt. So the questions are,
Can you get bearings separate or do you need to get the spindles complete?

I have tried to look up parts on the parts look up site and when I enter the deck number it says I am crazy. Entered the 149 serial number and it still said I was whacked. Why can I not make that site work?
