Can you id this light?

So I've been going thru some of my stuff and I found this. It's really cool but I can't find any info on it. The light bulb is burnt out but I can get another one of those. FYI it takes a GE 1141 bulb. It doesn't look like it's the flashing light. I see nothing that would make it flash. Just the wire to the bulb just like a grote light.

What I'm needing is IH part number what tractors it would go on. I think it would be sweet on my rear pto O that I'm getting parts for, but I want to make sure it's for that tractor. I have not seen one of these for sale before and would love to know the value of it.

If I decide to sell it you'll see the for sale ad and until then it's not for sale.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
