Why are Cub Cadet seats so hard to come by?
Having trouble getting the proper seats for either of my Cubs, a 147 and an 882.
Images below are what I believe they should look like. I bought one for the 882 off of ePay, and it even had the metal back. Once I got it however, none of the 4,000 holes drilled in the bottom even thought about matching up. I do see the 882's seat on CC Specialties, but am not thrilled with $128 before shipping. I'd like to keep the 147 more OEM looking and get a replacement slip cover for the metal pan, which I believe should look like the low back version shown below.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens.
