Default Getting the 1330 ready for it's winter nap

Got the pressure washer out and the 1330 cleaned up yesterday for it's winter nap. I know it's not winter yet, but I'm done with this grass mowing thing for one year. Don't care if it ends up looking like a field, I'm done.
Took the deck off and cleaned off the debris and looks like most of last falls re-paint needs a re-paint again. But no rust, so whatever I've been doing the last 20 years seems to be working.
Looking at the pictures, the little 1330 looks pretty good for a 20 year old lawn tractor, with many, many hours on it.

What's this? The 1650 snuck in for a picture

I second that!! Tractor AND deck look to be in excellent condition! You've done a fantastic job keeping the deck in shape. Even the aluminum spindle housings aren't pitted and corroded!

Thanks guys, it's been a good little tractor.
Does most of the lawn duty because it's the only one I can get on without a boost

Love seeing the 1330 get some love! I miss mine some days Great little grass cutter, and it looks like yours has a good home. Great job!

And uh yikes, almost makes the 1330 look like a Matchbox tractor up against the 1650

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
