That's cool! I have a 65 fairlane 4dr sitting in the barn at mom and dads, infested by nasty mice! Was my first car, was my grandpas. Auto tranny 200 straight 6 . I overhauled it in 91.

That old girl is a beauty. That's back when a vehicle had style. Guy in town has a black 4dr 56 Fairlane for sale. Afraid to stop and look at it cuz it might end up in my driveway and me in divorce court.

Back in the day, most of these type cars were airport limos. The conversion companies turned out some really cool rides.

I bought a 1864, it's just grown from there. The Cubs have replaced old Chevys as my hobby/passion. The only car I have left is a '67 Chevelle wagon. Seems like a good trade off. I can put five Cubs where one car sat and there are no titles or license to fool with! Tim

Back when I was younger I drove some pretty big cars, my favorite was a 1979 delta 88 that I painted and put nice wheels on and we also built a 455 olds for it. I found a caddy limo that I was gonna buy and put my big block in it but the guy was wanting a few hundred more than I had and wouldn't budge on the price, imagine all the fun I could have had at 18 with a 6 door limo.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
