Nice work Tim. So is the wall backing filters or just silver insulation? Looks like it's an extension booth with it's own garage door to contain it. You guys are going full out on this deal I think you will have some serious work since the other guy is priced high, congrats

the building is lined with silver insulation, if you look close the filters are the round things at the back of the booth. the booth is 8'x8'x8' and the oven is 6'x6'x8' so im going to be able to fit some pretty big stuff in it, the other guy only has a small oven that will only do one car wheel at a time.

Sounds great. My boss was very interested when I told him about your new powder coating system.

Let me know when you're up and running.

Kool.
How much prep to be ready for powder coating? I guess what I'm asking is what all needs to be done?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
