Favorite Cub
Right now my favorite would have to be my original(not shown). It is the first tractor of any kind that me and my father restored when I was still in high school. I have a good deck for it, and it has a 3 point hitch off of a sears tractor that my great grandfather owned. I have plow, disk, and cultivator for the 3 point. I have a feeling that the 123 may be my favorite here directly when I drive it around for the first time. Most of the ones in the picture are not currently running. I am still in college so I don't have a lot of time or money right now to do much to them. A year ago we had two originals, now I have about 11 cub cadets. Didn't drive a one of them onto the trailer, so I have a lot of work ahead of me.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
